What is God's will for the Christian between salvation and heaven? Believing in Jesus is not the finish line, but the start of the process of being changed into the image of Christ. Transformation is not about having better New Year's resolutions, working harder at being nice, or even something we do on our own. Transformation is a work of the Holy Spirit that we cooperate with. In this course we explore the basics of transformation: God's goal and work; our need for transformation; ways we struggle with transformation; and tools that God makes available for our use as we grow into newness.

What are they? How to lead one? What they Offer?
In this class we will discover the Biblical model for relationships and the benefits of being connected to “One Another” - the New Testament model. Learn how to lead a group and how to handle the coordination, conflict and relationship challenges in groups. We will explore the themes of Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing in Connection Groups. How do Prayer, Care and Share fit into each group session. We will discuss nuts and bolts like “What to do with children and pets?” “Should we serve refreshments?” and “How to handle interruptions?”
